Upper Deck adds Buybacks to 2009 SPX
Upper Deck released their 2009 edition of SPX Baseball. In conjunction with the 20th Anniversary of Upper Deck they have inserted some great buyback cards. Ted Williams autographs, Albert Pujols autographed SPX rookie and a Joe Dimaggio Legendary Cuts autograph from 2001. We got some images in from Upper Deck of the set so check them out.

Upper Deck 2009 Releases!
Twenty years ago a company entered the Sports Card field and changed it forever. I will never forget the feeling opening my first box of 1989 Upper Deck with my father that we bought at P&L Cards in Buzzards Bay, MA. It was the first high end set that had amazing photography and a quality feel to it that still holds up to this day. I got in the press release from Upper Deck on their 20th anniversary set, and wanted to share. I feel old….
2009 SPX First Look
Thanks to Chris Olds from Beckett.com for posting these images from 2008 SPX Baseball. The following is what information he had on the product.
The 2009 SPx set should go live sometime in March. Each 18-pack box will include four memorabilia cards and one Rookie Signature or Jersey Autograph. The product also includes three patch cards per case numbered to 99 or less as well as a Joe DiMaggio career highlights set with cards numbered to 999. The basic set is 100 cards and, like last year, there will be seven rookie autograph redemption cards.
