This card hit Ebay in the last few days here. It’s a fantastic looking laundry tag of former Falmouth Commodore, and current Boston Red Sox, Jacoby Ellsbury. The card even has the MLB authentication tag, which you can go to MLB’s authentication site and verify where the shirt was from. Unfortunately when you look it up, it says it came from a team issued jersey.
MLB if they are not at the game does authenticate it as a team issued jersey. But how would people feel with a jersey that is not 100% documented? We have a letter in to Topps about this card and to see if they have any news to further authenticate this card.
